Ein grosser Teil der Produktion f\u00fcr beide L\u00e4den entsteht dort, weil eine grossr\u00e4umige, moderne Backstube auf einem Boden das Arbeiten der B\u00e4cker-Crew erleichtert. Doch nach wie vor ist auch der Backofen am Kirchplatz in Zofingen in Betrieb. Vor dem Gesch\u00e4ft an der Hauptstrasse duftete es schon nach frisch gebackenem Brot. Im Holzofen war t\u00fcchtig eingeheizt und man konnte den noch ofenwarmen, knusprigen Laib mit nach Hause nehmen. Am Berliner Stand gab es &#8211; nebst s\u00fcssen Leckereien &#8211; warme K\u00fcttiger R\u00fcebli- Suppe mit einem grossen St\u00fcck Holzbackofenbrot. Im Laden herrschte reges Treiben. Die Qual der Wahl bestand vor allem bei den Kindern, die sich oft schwer f\u00fcr die eine oder andere Leckerei entscheiden konnten. Die frisch aufgef\u00fcllten Brotregale liessen kaum W\u00fcnsche offen. In gr\u00f6sseren Gruppen f\u00fchrte der Rundgang durch das Mehl-Lager in die diversen Arbeitsr\u00e4ume der angenehm warmen Backstube.<\/p>\n<p>Maja Blum (alias Verwandlungsk\u00fcnstler \u00abDas G\u00f6gi\u00bb aus Zofingen) wusste die Besucher zu fesseln und fand eine gute Mischung zwischen fachlich fundierten Informationen und humorvollen Zwischen-Bemerkungen. Die B\u00e4cker-Crew war st\u00e4ndig an der Arbeit und stellte unter Beweis, dass es sich hier im wahrsten Sinn des Wortes um ein Handwerk handelt, wenn auch moderne technische Einrichtungen ein rationelleres Arbeiten erm\u00f6glichen. Beeindruckend die oft lange Ruhezeit f\u00fcr die diversen Teige, denn sie beeinflussen ganz wesentlich den Geschmack der vielf\u00e4ltigen Brotsorten. Nat\u00fcrlich kamen auch Besucher im Pyjama, ja sogar ein \u00fcber 130 Jahre altes Nachthemd mit R\u00fcschen war zu bewundern. Als Dank erhielten diese mutigen Besucher ein Zopf-Abo. Nat\u00fcrlich ging niemand ohne genussvolles Bhaltis (Biberli) nach Hause. Die vielen strahlenden Gesichter best\u00e4tigten, dass \u201edie Nacht der offenen T\u00fcr\u201c gut ankam und der Anlass enorm viel Interessierte anlockte.<\/p>\n<div id='av-masonry-1'
